Kelvin Nayaho

Greetings!
I’m Kelvin Nayaho, the founder and lead physiotherapist at Abide Allied Health. With a passion for making a positive impact in people’s lives through physiotherapy, I started this journey to provide a mobile service that brings high-quality care directly to individuals and families across the Southwest region of Western Australia.

I hold a Physiotherapy degree from Curtin University, along with an APA Sports Level 1 accreditation, specialised training in Advanced Strength and Conditioning for Physios, and certifications in Understanding Dementia, Disability, NDIS, Advanced Dry Needling, and Chronic Pain Management. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience, allowing me to support clients with a wide range of needs — from building strength and mobility to improving independence and overall wellbeing.

The vision behind Abide Allied Health comes from a desire to bridge the gap between quality care and accessibility. I believe that everyone deserves convenient access to physiotherapy, and by bringing our services directly to the home, we make care more personal, flexible, and empowering.

At Abide Allied Health, we’re dedicated not just to providing physiotherapy, but to supporting the whole person. Whether it’s helping someone live confidently at home through a Home Care Package or working alongside an NDIS participant to reach their goals, our approach is always holistic, compassionate, and tailored.

I’m excited to walk alongside you on your health and wellness journey. If you’d like to learn more about how Abide Allied Health can support you or your loved ones, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Together, we can work towards building confidence, independence, and a better quality of life.
